You know that friend who just, happens to know about design? The one you text when you can't pick between two paint colors, or you've rearranged the furniture three times and something is still off, or you're standing in a tile showroom and you just want someone to tell you which one.

That's me. Twenty years in, no Pinterest board. Just a real answer.

How it works. You send me your question, a few photos, and some context about what you're trying to do. Within 3–5 business days you get a marked-up photo back, a couple of reference images if they help, and a plain explanation of my thinking, the way I'd text a friend, just a little more complete.

No judgment if you've already painted the wall and it's not landing. No pressure to do anything with the answer. Just a genuinely useful opinion from someone who can actually see what you're describing.

The hotline is for:

  • Paint — narrowing options, fixing a color that's not landing, understanding undertones

  • Furniture layout — why the room feels off, how to rearrange what you've got

  • Materials — tile, flooring, counters, "does this go with that"

  • Styling — what to add, what to move, what to finally let go of

The hotline isn't for: structural changes or full renovation planning. Those conversations genuinely need me in the room, that's The Home Clarity Session. If you call the hotline with a renovation-shaped question, I'll be honest about it and point you to the right service.
